We offer standardized models as well as qualifying custom projects, allowing customers to choose a building that fits their needs and property.
Yes. Bentley’s Buildings handles the building, while Halsey’s Home Improvement handles the finishing work around it. Halsey’s can provide services such as epoxy flooring, landscaping, property design, walkways, patios, decks, fencing, drainage, gravel, exterior lighting, and other improvements. This allows us to take a project beyond simply building the structure and help create a finished space and property.
Yes. If you need land for your building, Bentley’s can help you search for property that fits your project, budget, location, access, and building requirements. A Land Search & Acquisition Planning Fee is required before Bentley’s begins an active search, but that fee can be refunded or credited if you ultimately hire Bentley’s to build on the land we help you find, according to the applicable agreement. Land purchases and land financing are handled separately from the Bentley’s building contract.
